Past has played for the Mariners for six intense and memorable seasons between 2010 to 2015 and from 2022 to 2023. During his career, he has also defended the goalposts for clubs such as Zvezda, Desna, Dnipro-1, and Veres.

A notable highlight of Yevhen's career was securing the silver medals of the First League of Ukraine with Chornomorets in the 2010/2011 season.
