Recently, alleged comments by him appeared on Telegram, criticizing other referees' decisions and claiming he was the only one who 'can still judge.'

In the referees' committee, there's a commission addressing such issues. It will investigate this case. If Vladislav indeed left the comment, it would be a violation, as referees cannot discuss judging and related matters, — commented RFU head Alexander Dyukov.
