Former midfielder of «Spartak» Alexander Samedov shared his thoughts with the press regarding the possibility of taking on the role of sports director of the «red-whites».
Samedov, speaking in an interview, indicated that should «Spartak» reach out and offer such an opportunity, he will carefully consider it. The former player emphasized that «Spartak» feels like home to him.
«Certainly, this prospect would be very intriguing,» Samedov added, confirming his interest.
It is notable that Portuguese expert Tomáš Amaral recently vacated the position of sports director of the club, where he had been since the end of 2023. Currently, the team occupies the fifth spot in the Russian championship standings.
