European clubs showed the greatest progress in the world ranking, with club 'Turan Tovuz' among the leaders.

The International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) unveiled the world ranking of clubs where European teams achieved the most significant progress. Among the leaders is 'Turan Tovuz', which made a remarkable leap of 31 positions.

Under the guidance of Kurban Berdyev, they elevated from the 527th place to the 496th. Such advancement among European clubs is the 32nd best. The clubs 'Twente', 'Rio Ave', and 'Lech' also advanced similarly.

The European record holder is 'Varazdin' from Croatia, advancing by 120 positions from the 606th to the 486th. The Swedish 'Djurgarden' ascended by 108 steps, moving from 294th to 186th.

It should be noted that among other representatives, 'Sabah' climbed by 14 positions, 'Qarabag' by 5 places, while 'Zira' remained unchanged.
