Russian Defender Evaluates the Outcomes of the First Half of the Season for "Spartak"

The Russian center-back from "Moscow's Spartak" Nikita Chernov commented on the achievements of the "red-whites" in the first half of the RPL championship.

Chernov highlighted that considering the results, it's somewhat unfortunate that the winter break has arrived. He believes many athletes were away from home, needing to spend this time with family and regain strength for the second part of the season. He expressed confidence that "spring will be wonderful." The team will arrive for the training camp and refresh all the coach's recommendations, with a couple of rounds being sufficient for adaptation.

Let's recall that "Spartak" currently holds third place in the Russian championship table. Over 18 rounds, the team led by Dejan Stanković gathered 37 points.
