In the latest round of the Saudi Championship, "Al-Nassr" showcased true character, securing a convincing victory over "Al-Okhdood" with a score of 3:1. The away team opened the score through Saviour Godwin in the sixth minute.
However, the home side was determined not to give up and soon equalized. Sadio Mane leveled the score in the 29th minute and secured a brace by scoring again in the 88th minute. Cristiano Ronaldo, by converting a penalty in the 42nd minute, wrapped up the score at 3:1.
This match was special for the Portuguese star — it's his first goal in 2025, and also the 917th of his career. In club play, he has scored 782 goals, adding 135 more for his national team.
Ronaldo continues to shine: he scored nine goals in his last six matches for club and national team. The 39-year-old veteran joined "Al-Nassr" two years ago, and his contract expires on June 30. In Europe, he played for "Sporting", "Manchester United", "Real Madrid", and "Juventus".
