The head coach of the ‘Petrocub’ team from Hîncești, Andrei Martin, has commented on speculations about his possible appointment as the head of the Kazakh club ‘Ordabasy’. As the specialist announced, his attention is focused on the upcoming match of his team, and he does not plan to change the current situation.
“I am not inclined to discuss rumors. My main focus now is on our next game. Our task is to successfully complete the first part of the planned championship and secure a worthy position in the table. We are also carefully preparing for the three Conference League matches. These are our goals, including the club's goals and my own as a coach. At the moment, no one has contacted me, it is just hearsay,” Martin emphasized.
Throughout the current season, the ‘Ordabasy’ club parted ways with Belarusian manager Alexander Sednev, who was replaced by Kazakh specialist Kirill Keker, who previously worked with the ‘Kairat’ team. Despite this, no official statement about his departure from the Shymkent club was made, and the season was finished in fourth place in KPL-2024.
