Throughout his career, Noyok became a champion in different leagues, specifically Belarus in 2019 and Cyprus in the 2021/22 season. In 2017, he was honored as the best midfielder in the Belarusian championship. He was a prominent player in Ukraine's youth national teams, earning the nickname "Hulk" for his resemblance to the popular superhero.
