Leicester sacks Steve Cooper after 15 games

Leicester decided to part ways

Leicester decided to part ways with the former Nottingham Forest boss who could only secure three wins and 10 Premier League points.

Leicester City has decided to terminate its association with head coach Steve Cooper after just 15 games at the helm. The quick-changing leader in the Premier League, Cooper, previously at Nottingham Forest, failed to meet expectations, securing only 10 points and winning just three matches.

Appointed over the summer, Cooper already faced significant challenges at Leicester, unable to steer the team out of a streak of bad performance. As a result, the club's management made the tough but necessary decision to dismiss the Welshman.
