The Start of the 8th Round of Azerbaijan's First League
Azerbaijan First League begins its eighth round: "Imishli" and MOIK secure victories.
Today in Azerbaijan's First League, the eighth round got underway. The initial day featured two encounters.
"Imishli" defeated underdog "Qaradag Lokbatan" after a tough match, finishing with a score of 2:1. The game was filled with suspense and stunning moments. Goals for "Imishli" were scored by H. Aliyev at the 16th minute and P. Alves at the 32nd, while T. Mutalimov narrowed the deficit at the 63rd minute for the visitors.
In another match, MOIK triumphed over "Zagatala" with a scoreline of 3:1. I. Aliyev showed excellent play, hitting the target twice at the 38th and 54th minutes, with V. Asgarov sealing the victory at the 71st minute. The lone goal for "Zagatala" came early, by C. Jabrailov at the 5th minute.
Officiating the first game were well-qualified referees: Rauf Jabarov, Kamran Bayramov, Muslim Aliyev, and Rovshan Rajabov. The second game's referees were Namig Bekirov, Sebuhi Emrahov, Sebuhi Soltanov, and Ruslan Guliyev.
