The "Irtysh" club from Pavlodar announced a new agreement with former Kazakhstan national team midfielder Max Fedin.

The plan for the construction of a new stadium named after Munaitpasov on the right bank of Astana will cost over 15 billion tenge. The city construction management is the customer, with the project slated to be located at 14 Kenesary Street in the 'Saryarka' district.
According to the Ministry of Industry, the 'Gosexpertise' issued a positive conclusion on the project. The stadium will have three floors and a capacity of 3,600 spectators, with construction expected to finish within 16 months.
Applications for the contract were accepted until November 6, with BiGlobal LLC being declared the winner. The development will cover more than 15,000 square meters. Demolition of the old stadium will commence in November, as the building was declared unsafe. It is currently in a state of disrepair with locals gaining entry.
