Liverpool Interested in Signing Kvicha Kvaratskhelia

Liverpool might sign Napoli's winger

The English club Liverpool is considering acquiring Georgian winger Kvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli.

The British club "Liverpool" is contemplating a potential acquisition of the Georgian winger from "Napoli", Kvicha Kvaratskhelia.

It is known that if a decision is made to part with the team in this transfer window, "Liverpool" might pursue a deal with "Napoli".

Sports journalist David Ornstein noted that although the 23-year-old midfielder's contract with the current club is effective until June 2027, the lack of action on a new agreement has increased the interest of other teams in this player.

Among the clubs that aim to transfer the Georgian national team player are the French club "PSG" and the English "Chelsea". However, "Napoli" is not eager to part ways with the player who scored 30 goals and provided 29 assists in 107 games, and is ready to discuss a sale only upon receiving a significant offer.

Meanwhile, "the Reds" have players like Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo, Diogo Jota, and Darwin Nunez who can take up the role of Kvaratskhelia. This means that making room for such an addition may require a significant departure, regardless of "Napoli"'s interest in the virtually unplayed Federico Chiesa, who joined "Liverpool" from "Juventus" last August.

"Liverpool" is not exactly targeting a player specifically of Kvaratskhelia's profile, but they value him, are monitoring him, and are ready to compete for him if a market opportunity arises.

It is also worth remembering that last month, "Valencia" signed the Georgian goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili, who is currently playing for "the Bats" on loan.
