"Manchester City" has officially announced the signing of Abdukodir Husanov from "Lens".
The Uzbek defender will enhance Pep Guardiola's squad in the latter half of the 2024/25 season, with his contract valid until the summer of 2029.
Husanov will be the first player from Uzbekistan to join an English Premier League club. Moreover, he is the most notable acquisition for "City" in January since the arrival of Aymeric Laporte in 2018.
