New Defenders for Real: Lazio and Roma Under the Radar

Real Madrid aims to strengthen

Real Madrid aims to strengthen its defense by signing players from Italian clubs Lazio and Roma in the upcoming transfer window.

The management of the legendary club Real Madrid is keen on securing a deal with two talented defenders playing in Italy's Serie A this coming winter.

Current issues in the defensive line, primarily due to a growing number of injured players, drive the 'Los Blancos' to reinforce their squad. Under consideration are 24-year-old Mario Gila from Lazio and the experienced 29-year-old Mario Hermoso from Roma.

Interestingly, both players have previously donned the colors of the 'Royal Club'. This season, Mario Gila has participated in nine matches for Lazio, scoring one goal. As for Mario Hermoso, he has added six appearances for Roma, one of which ended with a red card.
