Vladimir Ponomaryov's Criticism: Changes in CSKA's Coaching Staff

Ex-star of Moscow's CSKA Vladimir

Ex-star of Moscow's CSKA, Vladimir Ponomaryov, expressed dissatisfaction with the head coach of the team and proposed replacing him with Sergey Ignashevich.

Former athlete playing for "CSKA" Vladimir Ponomaryov expressed dissatisfaction with the work of the current head of the Moscow club, Marko Nikolic.

He noted that he does not favor the style in which the "red-blues" play, asserting that with such a level of play, the team cannot compete for high positions. Based on this, he expressed the view that the most correct decision would be to replace the coach with Sergey Ignashevich.

«In "Baltika", he proved himself excellently as a coach. Unfortunately, the Serb is not the person who can radically change the situation. I fully support the candidacy of Sergey Nikolaevich,» he stated.

It should be noted that after sixteen rounds of the RPL, "CSKA" is in sixth place in the current standings.
