Over the years, African Stars shine again: Immerse yourself in the ambiance of the CAF Awards 2024.

The 2024 CAF Awards will be a festival of African sports excellence, featuring a star-studded gathering of players, coaches, and special guests at a glittering ceremony at the Palas de Congrès in Marrakech, Morocco, on Monday. Africa's top achievers over the past year will be honored, and leading the show will be two world-class presenters to guide you through the evening, starting at 19h00 local time (18h00 GMT, 20h00 Cairo time, 21h00 East African time).

Kate Scott, a renowned sports broadcaster, previously worked for CNN and SkySports before joining CBS Sports. She speaks four languages, English, French, Spanish, and German, and has hosted numerous global events. She is also widely recognized for her role in hosting the FIFA Ballon d'Or and Laureus World Sports Awards. Recently, she has been leading CBS Sports' UEFA Champions League coverage alongside Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher, and Micah Richards, earning critical acclaim. She shared, “I’m extremely excited to host this year’s CAF Awards. It will be an honor to be on stage with some of the most influential figures in football. I’m thrilled to see the continent’s top talent honored. African sports give global games soul, with talent admired worldwide.”

Jalal Bouzrara, experienced Moroccan radio and TV journalist, has over 33 years in sports program production, including 'L’Match' and 'L’Club'. He co-hosted the 2022 CAF Awards in Rabat. Bouzrara began TV production in 2007 and developed several popular shows and concepts. Often collaborating with FIFA, CAF, and FRMF during events in Morocco, he expressed, “This is the second time I have the honor and privilege of hosting this magnificent CAF Awards ceremony, and I am very excited. Proud to be part of celebrating the continent's best. Just look at the 2024 nominee list in Marrakech for an example of the sport's growth and evolution.”
