Oralkhan Omirtayev May Leave BATE in Winter

Forward Oralkhan Omirtayev might change

Forward Oralkhan Omirtayev might change clubs in the winter transfer window, considering offers from the Russian league and the possibility of returning to Kazakhstan.

Forward of Kazakhstan's national team "Oralkhan Omirtayev" is contemplating a club change during the winter transfer window. He has offers from Russian Premier League clubs for trial participation. According to the telegram channel "Out of Game", his return to the Kazakh championship is also an option.

A key reason for potentially leaving "BATE" might be the desire to catch the eye of Kazakhstan's national coach Stas Cherchesov. According to Transfermarkt, the 26-year-old's contract with "BATE" expires at the end of December.

Since July this year, "Omirtayev" has been playing for the "yellow-blues" after leaving "Slutsk". In the 2024 season, he participated in 29 matches, scoring 10 goals and providing 1 assist. He has represented Kazakhstan since 2018, playing in several matches.

Notably, "BATE" is a fifteen-time champion of Belarus, holding a record in the league.
