Zenit’s young players faced Porto Vitoria, ending in a 1:3 defeat. The only goal was scored by Andrey Proshalykin.

The Zenit youth team was defeated by their peers from Porto Vitoria in the international competition for players under 20, the Xerem Cup.

The match concluded with Russia’s team losing 1:3. The sole goal for the St. Petersburg side was scored by Andrey Proshalykin.

At the tournament in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Zenit-M is represented by academy players born in 2006, 2007, and 2008. In the final match of the competition, the Russian team will face the Chilean club O’Higgins on December 18.
